If a student takes our PSAT, SAT or ACT class in the fall and does not wish to attend the additional two lessons in the spring, the tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Lentz & Lentz reserves the right to dismiss any student from the program for disciplinary reasons. No refunds will be issued in cases of this nature.

Lentz & Lentz materials are the sole and exclusive property of Lentz & Lentz, Inc., and student will use Lentz & Lentz materials for the sole purpose of preparing for the SAT, PSAT or ACT.

Student shall not copy or cause to be copied or reproduced in any way, form, or manner, electronic or otherwise, any of the Lentz & Lentz materials.

Student warrants that student is not an agent or employee of any other test preparation company and is taking the Lentz & Lentz live online course solely for the purpose of increasing student's score.

The registered student agrees he or she will be the only user for the live online course. Sessions are not transferable to another student. If Lentz & Lentz finds that more than one student is utilizing the live online program that student will be charged the full tuition for any additional student not registered with the Lentz & Lentz program.

In the event that the student breaches any of the student's warranties as set forth above, student agrees that, in addition to and without limitation of any other right or remedy to which Lentz & Lentz is entitled, Lentz & Lentz may terminate student's further participation in the Lentz & Lentz live online course and may revoke the student's right to use Lentz & Lentz materials.

Lentz and Lentz is not responsible for any telephone charges incurred (local or long distance) during the live online sessions.

If a student has technical difficulties and is unable to log in for his/her live online class the student will have the option of ordering the makeup disc for that lesson.

Should Lentz & Lentz be unable to provide the live online class at the designated time the session will be rescheduled for a later date and time.
